Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity with a four-hospital health system in a major midwestern city for an Interim CFO. The main hospital is a Level I Trauma Center and safety net facility. The primary objectives for the Interim CFO is to engage a financial turnaround plan, service line optimization, building credibility of the finance department, and mentor staff.
The appropriate candidate will be a highly experienced CFO in complex enviornments, have strong revenue cycle knowledge, and know how to move a system forward strategically.
