Interim Business Office Director - FILLED

Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Business Office Director for a rural 90-bed hospital located in the lower Midwest. There are three main objectives for the engagement; 1) develop processes and procedures to lower A/R days from their current 90, 2) train staff, which is all under one-year experience, and 3) mentor the new CFO on the business office as her strengths are more in traditional accounting.

The appropriate candidate will be an experienced interim/consultant who can hit the ground running and has previous experience in a rural PPS setting.
