A 338-bed hospital located in the Southest has an immediate need for an Inteirm Director of Behavioral Health. This confidential need will be responsible for two units; a 15-bed geri-psych and 20-bed adult. The director will report to the CNO and oversee a total staff of 42, most of whom float between the two units. The department is running well (no major issues in most recent survey) but does struggle with staffing, which has led to a lower census.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced behavioral health leader. A non-nurse is acceptable so long as they have managed a similar unit in the past.
