Job Description

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for an Interchange Specialist for a Fintech client out of the South Florida and NY area. This is a direct hire position that works off hybrid schedule (NYC, Boca Raton, King Prussia/Philly), and potentially open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing portfolio interchange qualifications and identifying causes of interchange downgrades.
Advising partners of downgrades and ways to prevent them.
Performing rate reviews for existing clients.
Coordinating with internal teams to arrive at resolutions.
Communicating with ISO and Agent partners.
Pull and compile portfolio reporting to identify areas of improvement
Communicate with business shareholders on
Utilize multiple applications
Record details of requests, updates performed, and resolutions
Communicate effectively via email and phone
Interact with clients to address concerns and resolve issues
Take ownership of requests and work them to completion
Act as a liaison between departments and clients on issues
Multitask and manage client expectations
Properly escalate concerns that may require management intervention.
Maintain composure in stressful situations and project a professional image.

Experience:

Experience in the Merchant Service Industry required
Strong understanding of Interchange rates and qualification criteria necessary
Experience working with ISO/Agent partners and residuals
Reliable, Independent, Self-Starter
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional approach to deadlines
Works well independently and in a team
Desire to learn with drive, ambition, and motivation for success
Spanish speaking bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
