Integration Technicians

We are seeking Integration Technicians in Merritt Island, FL. This is a 6-month contract (with the potential for extension and/or conversion to perm).

Areas of Expertise Needed (Please apply if you fit one or more of these areas):
Aerospace & environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, and pressure) on flight hardware
Aerospace & Precision Drilling/ Countersinking
Aerospace & Testing, Solenoid Valve (Acceptance, Thermal, Vibration, Pressure)
Aerospace & Torque Wrench, FOD, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, gaseous pressure systems or Krytox.
Aerospace Manufacturing &/OR Electrical Harness

Qualifications:

• 5+years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field
• Experience in at least one of the following is required: fluids and tubing install, instrumentation and electrical harness routing, and general Aerospace/Launch vehicle assembly.
• Interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures.

Desired:

• Industry certification, trade school training and/or degree in a related field
• Proven success as a “hands-on” technical leader
• Experience in handling large aerospace components
• Experience in assembling large tight tolerance structures.
• Experience in new product introduction
• Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.

3 available shifts:

• Monday thru Thursday - 5 pm to 5 am, pay is $46.20/hour W2
• Friday thru Sunday - 5 am to 5 pm, pay is $46.62/hour W2
• Friday thru Sunday - 5 pm to 5 am, pay is $48.30/hour W2
