Precise Resource, Inc. is a leading privately held Women's Business Enterprise specializing in Executive Search and head-hunting services for Fortune 500 clients across the United States. We have been asked to assist our client in locating an Integration Support Specialist.
Our client is a powerhouse quietly transforming how banks and credit unions connect with their customers across mobile, in-branch, and online, regardless of their core system. Their platform? An expansive ecosystem of ready-to-deploy tools and plug-and-play integrations. Their secret sauce? An API-first architecture and robust developer toolkit that lets financial institutions build smarter, move faster, and serve customers better wherever they are.
This role will be ideal for someone looking to grow into a technical integration career. Providing support to Fintech partners and clients using our Developer Hub, helping them troubleshoot API-related questions and connectivity issues. While you’ll be cross-trained on the technologies used by our Integrations Engineers, your primary focus will be on support, documentation, and issue resolution not direct vendor integrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for Fintech partners and clients using our Developer Hub and APIs.
- Respond to support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Troubleshoot API-related issues and escalate complex problems to Integration Engineers as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new Developer Hub users and guide them through documentation and setup.
- Collaborate with Integration Engineers to stay up to date on connectivity technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation.
- Participate in cross-training to build foundational knowledge in SSO (SAML, OIDC), RESTful APIs, and other integration technologies.
- Support QA and testing efforts for internal tools and processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Exposure to SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
- Experience in a SaaS or Fintech support role is preferred but not required.
