About Our Client

Our client, an international creative agency, is looking to hire an Integrated Media Planner to join team . The ideal candidate will have media planning experience in both digital and traditional media (OOH, print, broadcast), and will be responsible for budget management, and media planning strategy for assigned accounts. Experience with Retail Media (Instacart, Amazon Advertising, WMG, Roundel, etc) is considered a huge asset


The Integrated Media Planner will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Be responsible for research, strategy, and overall budget management of appointed accounts
  • Provide information about the brand, consumer and marketplace to assist with the creation of media strategy
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and the consumer journey
  • Master the use of media industry tools and systems
  • Work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Display application of media knowledge to address media and business challenges
  • Participate in internal and external strategy sessions and meet with media representatives to evaluate opportunities
  • Write "Point of View" (POV) reports and client facing communication to help clients evaluate campaigns, results and options


The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • 2+ years of agency media planning experience
  • Must have experience with digital and traditional media channels (broadcast, print, OOH, etc)
  • Experience with Retail Media Planning (Instacart, Amazon Advertising, WMG, Roundel, etc) is considered a huge asset
  • Have solid research and analytical skills,
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Have familiarity with a variety of media planning tools and software
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure with multiple assignments
  • Experience with tools such as MediaOcean, Prisma, DCM, DV360, etc. considered an asset
