Insurance Sales Professional
Our client is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage based in Tallahassee, Florida, committed to providing personalized insurance solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Professional to join our expanding team. While prior insurance experience is not required, we are seeking candidates with a strong background in B2B sales. This is an exciting opportunity to transition into the insurance industry with full training and support.
Job Summary:
As an Insurance Sales Professional in our Tallahassee office, you will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating lasting relationships with clients. Using your B2B sales experience, you will identify potential clients, present tailored insurance solutions, and close deals. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a supportive, fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new business prospects in the Tallahassee area and beyond. Utilize various channels to expand our client base.
- Consultative Selling: Assess client needs and deliver customized insurance solutions that align with their goals and requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Meet with potential clients to present and explain the benefits of our insurance products.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, driving the growth of the business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and resolve any issues that arise.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to increase your knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2+ years of B2B sales experience. Insurance experience is not required, but a willingness to learn the industry is essential.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and close sales.
- Motivated & Driven: Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales goals and contribute to the company’s success.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in the evolving insurance industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
