We are actively hiring a First Party Associate Attorney to join the team! This role will require experience handling First Party Property cases - experience with Insurance Defense Litigation, First Party Property, Third Party Litigation a plus!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prove exceptional legal research and writing skills
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Conduct depositions and examinations under oath
  • Negotiate on clients' behalf at mediation and for settlement issues
  • Evaluated and identify exposure and risks associated with cases


Job Requirements:
  • Portal Book of business preferred, but not required
  • Juris Doctorate
  • FL/IL Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
