COMPENSATION

$70,000 to $90,000 starting salary range + the target bonus can add another $25,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Marketing Representative role will help the underwriting team reach premium production goals by performing the following functions:

• Contact new and existing brokers to explain features and benefits of programs.
• Compile, organize and relay crucial information to close quotes.
• Maintain producer marketing database.
• Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Execute weekly telephonic campaigns to maintain a pipeline of qualified agency appointments.
• Assist with corporate communications, marketing, and advertising.
• Participate in various industry trade shows.
• Recommend ideas for and following up on corporate and individual promotions.
• Develop referrals from brokers, carrier partners, and other vendors.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

2-3 years of sales or marketing experience

Experience with commercial lines insurance

Associate or bachelor’s degree

Effective communications skills

Proficiency with MS Office products

Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
