Account Manager – Personal Lines Insurance

A well-respected brokerage in the GTA is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This role is focused on managing a Personal Lines book of business, providing excellent client service and supporting long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling renewals, endorsements and day-to-day client needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing advice and solutions on personal insurance products
• Working closely with colleagues to support client success

Qualifications

• RIBO license
• Minimum 5 years of personal lines experience in a brokerage setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
