Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to assess learning needs, identify performance gaps, and define measurable learning objectives.
  • Conduct learner and task analyses to recommend effective instructional strategies and delivery methods.
  • Design and develop engaging learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, simulations, blended programs) using established instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s, Kirkpatrick).
  • Develop and maintain course materials, including storyboards, scripts, guides, assessments, and job aids, ensuring alignment with objectives, accessibility standards, and CEU requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end course development, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Maintain and update LMS content, ensuring accuracy, functionality, version control, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning program management, or related field.
  • Experience conducting needs assessments and translating business goals into measurable learning outcomes.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver instructor-led and eLearning solutions.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks, adult learning theory, and evaluation methods.
  • Understanding of accessibility, usability, and online learning best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
