The Institutional Business Development Officer role ha a primary objective of soliciting new Institutional Business for the Institutional Advisory Services Group. Focusing on qualified retirement plans, asset management, custody/ escrow and Philanthropic services to, Small Businesses, Professional Practices, Corporations, Foundations & Endowments, Various Public Authorities, Trade Associations, Attorneys, CPAs and Investment Banking/Brokerage Firms for new business opportunities.
-Attract assets under management/custody as defined in annual goals focusing calling efforts on Small Businesses, Professional Practices, Municipalities, Corporations, Foundations, Endowments, Attorneys, Investment Bankers/Brokers, CPAs, and Trade Associations.
-Attend area Bank meetings and update attendees on new products, services, and developments within the Institutional Trust Industry, in an effort to promote our services, create awareness and cultivate referral opportunities.
-Work with client & their representatives (attorneys, CPAs, etc) along with our administrative team to facilitate a smooth transition of the business.
-Represent the Bank and the Institutional Trust Services Division in our communities through involvement in civic and professional organizations.
Bachelor degree with at least 7 years practical institutional wealth business experience.
Possess valid Series 6, 63, 65/66, and State specific Life and Health Insurance licenses.
