Installation Coordinator

Our growing client needs to add an Installation Coordinator to schedule installation of equipment across the country and assist Project Managers.

Salary: $40k-$48k DOE plus full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule installations with inhouse installation team and coordinate repairs with third-party contractors and ensure that they show up and get the job done
• Coordinate work orders and schedule Service Technicians
• Support and work with project managers and their clients
• Process Warranty Claims and provide follow up
• Provide superior customer service
• Administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Two or more years of experience scheduling repair technicians
• Two or more years of Customer Service experience
• Experience with warranty claims
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
