  • Collaborate closely with sales, project management, and service departments to support smooth handoffs and client success.

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to field staff; help recruit and onboard new technicians as needed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure inventory control, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Represent the company’s values on every job site, fostering trust with clients and partners alike.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in low-voltage systems, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and related installation practices.

  • Proven ability to manage teams, balance multiple projects, and deliver results in a customer-facing role.

  • Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable state/local codes.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

  • Ability to read blueprints, interpret scope of work, and ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET, OSHA 30) a plus.
