The Community Inspector will work Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:30pm and will be out on-site
conducting drive-through inspections of various homeowner associations in and around Wichita. The Community Inspector will
spend most of each day in a motor vehicle. The Community Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections in the
neighborhood in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood. A company vehicle and tablet will be provided to conduct said
inspections.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
  • Able to operate tablet and other such technological devices
  • Knowledge of Wichita streets and surrounding areas and be capable of using GPS
  • Able to read a map
  • Good sense of direction
  • Capable of understanding community covenants
  • Capable of identifying infractions of covenants
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to work both independently and in a group setting
  • Computer Skills – including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook, as well as proficiency with typing.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 10lbs
  • Able to sit in a motor vehicle for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to pass a background check and periodic drug screens
  • Must represent the organization in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records
Must have customer service skills, computer skills, and be able to perform physical requirements like walking long distances and ability to lift up to 10lbs.
