Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales and Support Specialist– Rochester Hills

PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:
Provide sales support and coordination between customers and cRc sales and being a focal point for
internal and external customer dissatisfaction issues. This position requires focus on increasing
aftermarket revenue and profit growth while driving a strong commitment to customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 Lead the follow up on all assigned RFQ’s
 Assist sales on aftermarket leads
 Participate in customer visits
 Develop aftermarket sales and marketing plan
 Provide monthly sales forecast
 Report on monthly booking activities
 Be focal communication point for customers, sales, cRc and/or responsible representative
 Provide internal and external customers with a channel into cRc for customer dissatisfaction issues
 Actively participate in the ongoing improvement process
 Problem analysis, track and follow through on cRc related issues
 Report objectives and results on an ongoing basis
 Interact with customer on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction
 Maintain strong knowledge and keep up to date on FAC product information
 Reliable, consistent attendance required.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
 Provide reports on projects as defined and required.
 Perform, as needed, analysis of current procedures
 Other duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
 Either through education and/or work experience, have developed and demonstrated an ability to
identify and define problems or needs, define plans to address those problems or needs, and
successfully manage the execution of the developed plan.
 Demonstrates ability to complete major projects and assignments on time while conforming to
specifications with little supervision
 Well developed communication skills
 Must possess self-starter skills
 Efficient in using computerized business systems
2. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
 Associate degree in Business or technical discipline, BA/BS preferred, or equivalent relevant
experience.
 Minimum three years customer service and sales experience required
3. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY
 Position involves desk work 75% of the time.
4. VISUAL ACUITY, HEARING, SPEAKING
 Good visual acuity, hearing and speaking is required.
5. ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULING
 Willing to work occasional overtime when required to meet special deadlines in response to customer
requirements.
