Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assign and maintain the RFQ log
  • Assist sales on aftermarket leads
  • Generate monthly bookings and revenue reports
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain status in RFQ database
  • Assist with Sales forecast
  • Report on monthly booking activities
  • Be focal communication point for customers, sales, department and/or responsible company representative
  • Actively participate in the ongoing improvement process
  • Interact with customer on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong knowledge and keep up to date on product information

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in Business or technical discipline, BA/BS preferred
  • Minimum three years customer service experience required.
  • Minimum three years’ sales experience
  • Either through education and/or work experience have developed and demonstrated an ability to identify and define problems or needs, define plans to address those problems or needs, and successfully manage the execution of the developed plan.
  • Well developed communication skills
  • Must possess self-starter skills
  • Efficient in using computerized business systems
  • Experience in BaaN a plus
