Responsibilities
  • Assistance for sales associates
  • Preparation of quotation worksheet (paper and PC)
  • Update order status and create sales & other reports
  • Communicate with purchase associates
  • Preparation of inquiry sheet to purchase dept.
  • Communicate with operation associates
  • Update status of sales order/provide the detail of sale order

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service experience.
  • MS Office skills(Excel・Word) / Adobe / Microsoft Dynamics (Preference)
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
