Compensation: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage and expand customer relationships in the Southwest Territory. This role focuses on telemarketing, prospecting, and maintaining smaller accounts, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and database management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, nurture leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Engage with current customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain CRM records, update reports, and manage daily workflows effectively.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote role.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in inside sales.
  • Industry experience in recycling, packaging, or steel manufacturing is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
