The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to manage client accounts during the sales cycle including Setting the initial appointment, following-up with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify leads, schedule field meetings, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and help in resolving any customer issues. Someone that will see success in this roll is positive, professional, and persistent. They can pivot a “No” into a “Yes” and create an opportunity.
