Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for sales activity.
The primary duties will be focused on the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities for the design and sales of company products to suitable customers.
This position will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
・Ensure high-quality customer service and address and maintain frequent contact with customers to promote sales, solve problems and determine satisfaction.
・Keeping up with product and service information and updates
・Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
・Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
・Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
・Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
・Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
・3-5 years of experience in sales position at import business, supply chain from International.
・Fastener industry, supply chain experience is big plus.
・Ability to grasp the overall picture of supply chain, import business.
・Able to take on a new business/accounts.
・Not often but occasional business trips may become necessary (Not international trip)
・Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
