Our client has engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them an exceptional Inside Sales Representative.  ROSS is an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services. As an Inside Sales Representative at our client you’ll play a key role in driving revenue. Working directly with marketing, industry leads and sales you’ll understand the business issues facing accounts in your territory and articulate a vision of how our client’s software solutions can address those issues.  You will work closely with outside account representatives to prospect and generate net-new leads to build a strong pipeline in your territory.  You will be comfortable and enjoy identifying key decision makers at target account companies and engaging directly with them over the phone and by email in order to set up initial meetings.  You are passionate about software and technology and its ability to positively influence human behaviour.

Position Accountabilities:

§                     Meet or exceed assigned meeting booking goals

§                     Perform outbound cold calls to prospect, generate and qualify leads and secure Director+ level meetings

§                     Research accounts in your territory to find key decision makers

§                     Communicate strategic account positioning and our client’s value proposition to accounts in your territory

§                     Follow-up and qualify marketing generated leads

§                     Leverage our client’s leading CRM database to track all prospecting activities

§                     Work with sales to build out key named account plans  as may be required, to expand the company’s footprint in a key opportunity

Position Requirements:

§                     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

§                     2-5 year’s proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing role

§                     Experience selling and a deep understanding of software and technology

§                     Track record of developing “greenfield” territories

§                     A results oriented self-starter

§                     Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

§                     Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and WebEx

§                     Knowledge of the Financial Services and/or Insurance markets is preferred

§                     Working knowledge of CRM is beneficial
