The Role: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a hardscapes background for a position based in Salem, NH. Reporting to the ownership team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with contractors, builders, and landscapers.

As the Hardscape Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers primarily through phone and email communication. You will work closely with the second-in-command in the hardscape division and have the support of around 50 employees during peak season. The role offers flexibility in terms of working hours, with a base salary of around $75,000 and the potential to earn commissions and bonuses, resulting in "all in" compensation of $100,000+.
