Our client develops advanced forensic technology — including DNA testing, sequencing tools, and investigative software — to help law enforcement solve cold cases and violent crimes. Their platform supports agencies across the country with both lab services and deployable forensic systems.
They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help grow their customer base by identifying new leads, converting prospects, and supporting smooth sales handoffs. This is a full-time, on-site role based at their headquarters in The Woodlands, TX.
Responsibilities

Identify and document key stakeholders within prospective accounts

Conduct follow-ups and consultations to move prospects through the sales funnel

Track activity and performance metrics using Salesforce CRM

Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success for smooth handoffs

Forecast and report revenue performance for your territory

Track and manage case submissions from newly acquired accounts

Ensure revenue and submission goals are consistently met

Maintain in-depth product knowledge and uncover new sales opportunities
Required:

1–2 years in sales, customer success, or client-facing roles

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Experience using CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)

Onsite availability in The Woodlands, TX

Understanding of performance-driven sales processes

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Preferred:

Familiarity with DNA/forensic workflows

Experience working with or supporting law enforcement clients
