An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services to customers over the phone, email, or other virtual communication channels. They play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process, ultimately converting them into paying customers. Additionally, in this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the operations side of the business. Picking and packing orders, cycle counts, operating a forklift, and getting involved in the entire process.
