The platform, powered by facial recognition technology, includes the largest known database of 10+ billion facial images sourced from public-only web sources, including news media, mugshot websites, public social media, and other open sources.
Responsibilities & Scope of Role:
• Proactively sell into our existing install base and new clients focusing on increasing our market share
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain a clean queue of inbound leads
• Solution selling to increase average order value
• Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and Account Management to exceed goals
• Meet or exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
•Maintain detailed knowledge of products, training offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of customer goals
•Submit accurate and detailed weekly sales forecasts to sales management.
•Daily use and update of HubSpot CRM
• Recommend new products and product modifications to assure customer satisfaction.
• BA, or, equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years of experience in a new business sales role
• HubSpot experience
• Experience working in a team environment that requires email and phone outreach and analyzed performance by measured results
• Comfortable initiating new conversations and building relationships, while being resourceful and metrics driven.
• Experienced in relationship building and selling into a new and existing client base
• Motivated self-starter and eager to learn.
• Accountable: this role involves owning a process that is crucial to the business and helping to grow our business.
