RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor and Manage and develop the inside sales team
• Set and track individual and team sales targets
• Identify and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Min 5 yrs. experience in inside sales, successfully leading team
• Proven history of consistently exceeding quota
• Call Center experience - a plus
• Experience with a CRM
• Experience with Microsoft Office
