Inside Sales HVAC

Inside Sales Engineer in Office:
Duties to include, but not limited to:
 Supporting assigned Outside Sales Engineers to facilitate sales
 Supporting fellow Inside Sales Engineers as back-up, when necessary
 Advising customers with the proper application and selection of the equipment we sell
 Preparing quotations for equipment based on customer input
 Entering orders for the equipment sold by the Outside Sales Engineers
 Detailed tracking of the order process
 Managing the virtual files for all projects in which assigned salespeople are involved
 Using the selection programs provided by our manufacturers to select and configure
equipment for design and quoting to contractors
 Assisting customers with technical support on our product lines and maintaining good
working relationships through verbal and written correspondence
 Preparing submittals for equipment sold

Education / Experience
Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred, but will consider equivalent job experience.

 Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
 Strong computer skills
 Work well in a Team setting
 Thrive in a fast paced, multi-task environment
 NetSuite experience not required, but a big plus
