They're looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to provide essential internal support to the Sales team by reviewing complex engineering drawings, conducting thorough material take-offs, and generating accurate cost proposals.

What You'll Do
  • Design tailored equipment solutions for engineers and contractors using advanced manufacturing software.
  • Review and analyze detailed design documents and specifications to deliver competitive pricing estimates.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and produce accurate pricing documents according to project specifications.
  • Manage the ordering, processing, and tracking of equipment purchasing through our internal software sales platform, ensuring timely procurement.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout all aspects of the construction and fabrication process.
  • Compile detailed installation, operation, and maintenance manuals, along with closeout documentation for projects.
  • Coordinate onsite startup services and facilitate technical training for clients on sold equipment.

What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry, demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills; capable of navigating multifaceted projects and generating effective solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills; a true team player who values collective success and effective communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for interactions with teammates, manufacturers, and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam, utilizing these tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced HVAC systems, showcasing a depth of knowledge that adds significant value to the team.
