Job Title: Coordinator
PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:
Assist with the coordination of sales and execution administrative responsibilities for cRc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Focal point for cRc Sales leads which includes assigning and distributing leads within cRc Sales
group
Assign and maintain cRc RFQ log
Follow up on cRc sales opportunities and maintain status in RFQ database
Be focal communication point for customers, sales, cRc and/or responsible representative
cRc Marketing lead – newsletters, special announcements, maintaining cRc datasheets and marketing
tools
Tracking of Customer Satisfaction Initiatives
Maintaining and tracking of cRc Corporate Pricing Agreements
Maintaining and tracking of Servicing ASI yearly performance
Responsible for some direct customer sales follow up
Assist with cRc Sales forecast
Generate monthly bookings and revenue reports
Administrate OTS for cRc
Reliable, consistent attendance required
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Miscellaneous sales activity coordination
Perform, as needed, analysis of current procedures
Training lead as needed
Other duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Either through education and/or work experience, have developed and demonstrated an ability
to identify and define problems or needs, define plans to address those problems or needs, and
successfully manage the execution of the developed plan.
Well developed communication skills
Must possess self-starter skills
Efficient in using computerized business systems
Experience in BaaN
Strong customer communication skills
2. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Associate degree in Business or technical discipline, BA/BS preferred, or equivalent relevant
experience.
Minimum three years customer service experience required.
3. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY
Position involves desk work 75% of the time.
4. VISUAL ACUITY, HEARING, SPEAKING
Good visual acuity, hearing and speaking is required.
5. ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULING
Willing to support tradeshows and customer meetings as required
Willing to work occasional overtime when required to meet special deadlines in response to
customer requirements.
