This role plays a critical part in supporting contractors, production customers, builders, and retail customers by accurately processing orders, coordinating special purchases, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and returns in a timely manner for contractors, production customers, builders, and retail clients
- Coordinate and track special orders with vendors, ensuring accurate pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines
- Communicate order status, backorders, and delivery updates to customers and contractors
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and outside sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment for production accounts and job-site deliveries
- Resolve customer inquiries, discrepancies, and issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer and order records
- Assist with inventory inquiries and provide product information to support production schedules and project timelines
- Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or the building materials industry preferred
- Experience working with contractors or production/homebuilder accounts is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in order entry systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers, contractors, and team members
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting base salary of $65,000 annually
