Our client, a Premier Dealer of HVAC Supplies in the New England Market to Contractors and Professionals, is looking to add an Inside Sales Rep. to their team. Prior experience in the wholesale plumbing/heating/HVAC industry preferred. Strong computer skills with experience using Eclipse software a plus! Individual must be customer focused, as well as, detail oriented, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Answers customer calls/ managing customer relationships inside the store
- Handles orders/quotes from start to finish including bidding jobs, producing quotes, and preparing submittals
- Communicates with customers to make sure needs are met, to provide technical support and to assist with any issues that arise
- Completing other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years plumbing, heating, HVAC sales experience
- Excellent math, verbal, and written skills
