A well-respected brokerage in the Niagara region is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for selling personal insurance products to warm leads provided. This role is all about connecting with prospective clients through digital channels, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming personal insurance leads
• Use their state of the art lead management system to manage and track opportunities
• Provide potential clients with catered professional advice and exceptional customer service
• Match client needs with the best insurance solutions possible
• Meet sales performance targets while following defined procedures
• Adhere to in-house underwriting guidelines and compliance standards
• Accurately document all client and insurer interactions
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the sales process and client experience

Qualifications

• RIBO license
• Strong communication skills with confidence in customer-facing conversations
• Previous customer service or sales experience
• You enjoy talking with people and building relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid G-class driver's license
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for teamwork

• Proficiency with CRM systems or lead management platforms is an asset
