The Role: We are seeking an Inside Millwork Sales Specialist for a position based near Orlando, FL. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with customers and driving sales in the market. Your responsibilities will include managing aggressive sales pursuits, following up with customers, and ensuring inventory is sold and trucks are filled. This is a fast-paced role in a high-growth environment that requires an outgoing personality, excellent cold-calling ability, and a strong understanding of the door industry.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Base Salary: $75,000
• Bonus: $5,000
• "All in" Compensation: $80,000
