Position Highlights

• Collaborative Team Environment: Work with 20+ full-time therapy professionals in a supportive inpatient setting.
• Manageable Caseload: Treat 6-7 patients per day, with 60-90 minute sessions to ensure quality care.
• Diverse Patient Population: Gain experience with stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic/post-op, and complex medical cases.
• Career Growth & Leadership Development: Strong internal pathways for professional advancement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Student Loan Assistance: $3,000 annually toward loan repayment
