Inpatient Rehab PT Neuro-Focused Savannah GA Area Nonprofit Hospital System
Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system within reach of the Savannah, GA area to hire a full-time Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role built around complex neurological rehabilitation, a sustainable patient load, and a strong clinical culture. Open to new graduate PTs with an IPR rotation as well as experienced IPR clinicians.
What Makes This Role Worth a Look:
- Heavy neurological rehab caseload including stroke, TBI, SCI, amputee rehabilitation, and multi-trauma recovery
- PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) through nonprofit hospital employer
- Sustainable daily workload, 4 to 6 patients per day with 60 to 90 minute treatment sessions
- Productivity expectation of approximately 6 contact hours per 8-hour shift, one of the more manageable structures in inpatient rehab
- Access to advanced rehabilitation technology and specialized neurological therapy equipment
- Recently updated clinical space with private patient rooms
- Strong interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs
- Mentorship-first culture led by senior IPR clinicians
Schedule:
- Flexible start times in the morning (8 AM to 9 AM)
- Permanent full-time hospital position
Compensation & Benefits:
- Strong sign-on bonus structured across a multi-year commitment
- Sign-on may be redirected toward a student loan servicer

Strong Candidates Look Like:
- DPT or MPT from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending applicable state PT license
- Acute care PTs with an inpatient rotation will also be considered

- Communicator who works effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Collaborative mindset with a servant-leader approach to patient care
