About the Inpatient Rehab Director Role

• Oversee a 17-bed adult acute inpatient rehab unit (all private rooms).

• Lead a supportive team of 23 FTEs alongside an engaged Medical Director.

• Drive strategic growth — census expansion, referral development, and future CARF accreditation.

• Report to a VP of Operations who values autonomy and Lean process improvement.

Qualifications for the Inpatient Rehab Director

• RN, PT, OT, or SLP license required.

• 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in rehab leadership.

• Strong financial and compliance acumen.

• CRRN preferred (support provided if not already held).
