You will be an important ally for client organizations to invest in growth-led innovative strategic solutions. The Innovation Associate works in tandem with Business Design & Execution Managers and helps create innovative products and services for our clients.

  • Conduct and manage research and analysis of innovations or consumer trends efficiently. Monitor and report on research progress to your manager
  • Brainstorm and work closely with the team to analyze researches and develop hypothesis of each project launch
  • Provide insightful analysis of business opportunities identified during research in written format
  • Derive, structure, and summarize findings in Excel and PowerPoint formats
  • Follow client responses to new ideas and proposals, and respond to client’s questions or concerns
  • Work as a member of clients’ team in roles that vary according to the team’s objectives
  • Performs other duties or tasks assigned by the Management as necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree: or its equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.


  • All levels of experience, directly relevant or not, from new grads up to 5 years of experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills to track and predict trends
  • Must possess an inquisitive and creative mind yet deep thinker
  • Strong business knowledge, understanding of a variety of business practices are desired
  • Outstanding inter-personal skills, and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and client schedules, and manage workload
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent in Japanese, is a plus
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Proficient computer skills and experience producing written reports, using MS Office tools
