Innovation & Performance Manager
Job Description
Our Client in Information Technology and Security Industry is hiring an Innovation and Performance Manager. The Innovation and Performance Manager will drive the organization’s innovation and performance management initiatives by overseeing the implementation of strategies, tools, and systems that optimize operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support with the design and implement performance management frameworks and tools to monitor organizational effectiveness.
- Manage the development and execution of innovative IT-driven solutions to address performance gaps.
- Supervise and mentor the Officers within the department to ensure alignment with goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Evaluate the impact of IT systems and innovation initiatives on organizational performance.
- Conduct training sessions and provide input for other innovation and performance training to build the capacity of staff in performance management tools and methodologies.
- Ensure the preparation and submission of periodic reports to Chief Innovation and Performance Management Officer.
- Keep abreast with IT trends and recommend technologies that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Technical Competency
- Proficiency in performance management frameworks and IT solutions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Personal Competency
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Bachelors Degree in Business and related fields, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working in an IT environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
