Infrastructure Manager
EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a Top 50 CPA firm to identify an Infrastructure Manager. This role is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing secure and scalable Microsoft Azure infrastructure supporting enterprise applications. The position leads a team of administrators, oversees day‑to‑day infrastructure operations, and partners with leadership on technology strategy in a highly regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in Azure environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure networking, Windows Server administration, and automation tools (PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)
- Experience with cloud security, identity management, monitoring, and disaster recovery
- Proven leadership and project management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and operation of Azure and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Oversee daily cloud and on‑prem infrastructure operations, ensuring performance, security, and compliance
- Support automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and CI/CD initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure team
- Contribute to long‑term infrastructure strategy and technology roadmaps
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications
- Hybrid cloud and on‑prem integration experience
- Exposure to containerization or DevOps practices
