What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key technical resource for the company’s ERP system (Infor CloudSuite)
  • Support and improve company-wide IT systems — hardware, software, networks, and security
  • Build reports, analyze data, and deliver insights to leadership
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across computers, printers, scanners, and servers
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
  • Partner with IT leadership and vendors to drive system improvements and upgrades
  • Assist with cybersecurity, backups, system monitoring, and asset tracking
  • Create user guides and training materials to help teams work smarter

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience with an ERP system (Infor experience is a plus, not required)
  • Comfort troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, LANs, firewalls)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
