Industrial Salesperson

Are you an Engineer or technically inclined salesperson looking for an opportunity within a highly specialized industry?
We are searching for an individual that is self motivated and experienced with driving business development initiatives in the electrical, controls and automotive industries.
This role will require you to build long term partnerships externally, as well as internally.

What you need to know:

• position can be fully remote or hybrid (if remote, quarterly visits will be arranged to allow you to know your colleagues)
• up to 50% travel across North America
• performance based commission
• longer sales cycle of 6 - 12 months
• integrity is imperative
• you will be collaborating with the Sales Manager, Engineering team and Customer Service internally
• exempt from most tariffs due to their specialty nature

What do you bring to the table?:

• 3-5 years of B2B sales, business development or account management
• strong analytical skills, market analysis, ability to forecast accurately and drive revenue growth
• track record of closing high value transactions
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• ability to build long term relationships
