Salary: $145,000–$165,000 + 20% bonus

This is your opportunity to join a global industrial minerals leader in a newly created position that will play a critical role in operational integration, capital planning, and strategic performance across multi-site operations.

As Industrial Performance Manager, you’ll lead four core functional areas: safety, engineering, logistics, and quality for all U.S. mineral plants. You’ll have the autonomy to influence at every level, acting as the strategic right-hand to executive leadership.


In this role, you’ll:

• Lead division-wide safety, engineering, logistics, and quality initiatives across multiple sites.
• Manage and develop 4 direct reports in key operational functions.
• Drive process improvement, capital project execution, and supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and commercial leaders to align on strategy and solve critical business challenges.
• Travel regularly (up to 60%) to support teams, engage stakeholders and lead transformation from the ground up.

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of senior leadership in manufacturing, mining, or cement
• Experience leading multi-site teams across operations or engineering
• Strong understanding of capital project planning and financials (P&L, cost control)
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Background in safety, logistics, or engineering highly preferred
