Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for CNC Machinery

Salary: Up to $68,640 per year based on hourly rate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment, focusing primarily on CNC lathes and mills.
  • Diagnose and repair problems in pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems as well as CNC-specific issues.
  • Operate various machine tools within the toolroom to fabricate parts necessary for repairs and upkeep.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Document maintenance procedures and repairs for future reference and compliance with safety standards.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs specifically in a machine shop setting.
  • Demonstrated ability in diagnosing and fixing CNC machines.
  • Solid work history showing reliability and dedication to previous positions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder).
  • Living within a commuting distance of 45 minutes from the job location in Franksville, Wisconsin.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in electrical or mechanical engineering are a plus.
  • Experience with CAD software for part fabrication is highly favorable.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team-based environment.
