Salary: $62,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate during 2nd shift hours (weekdays 3 PM to 11 PM) or 3rd shift hours (weekdays 11 PM to 7 AM).
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial automation machinery and robotics.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to effectively troubleshoot and solve issues.
- Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Siemens Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Handle tasks related to AC/DC electrical systems.
- Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
- Perform welding tasks as required to maintain machinery functionality.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
- Available to work assigned shift hours either on the 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Practical knowledge and experience with pneumatics.
- Competency in reading and understanding mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Some experience in welding.
- Must reside within 45 minutes of the job location.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, especially Allen Bradley and Siemens models.
- Advanced welding skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment working with high-speed production machinery.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations.
- Experience in a team-oriented work environment.
