Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data to monitor production performance and identify trends.
- Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment.

Quality Control:
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Work with the quality assurance team to develop and maintain quality control procedures.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in safety audits and contribute to the development of safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role (internship experience considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
