Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement:

    • Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  2. Data Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze data to monitor production performance and identify trends.
    • Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
  3. Project Management:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment.
  4. Quality Control:

    • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
    • Work with the quality assurance team to develop and maintain quality control procedures.
  5. Safety and Compliance:

    • Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Participate in safety audits and contribute to the development of safety protocols.
    • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role (internship experience considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
