TDM & Associates LLC, celebrating 27 years of successful executive search business, has been retained to identify highly qualified individuals for the role of Industrial Engineer. Our client is the world’s largest manufacturer and supplier of flexible, metal conduit.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems to optimize production output, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement to increase productivity and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal staffing levels, machine utilization, and production schedules.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing standards and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
