Industrial Electrician (Midnight Shift)

Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician looking to join a world class manufacturing team? Our Woodstock-based client is seeking a motivated individual to play a critical role in maintaining and improving their production equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and automated machinery using schematics, blueprints, and PLC logic.
• Program and modify PLC programs (Allen Bradley & Siemens) and diagnose electrical faults on laser equipment (Trumpf & Rofin). Training available for the right candidate.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure spare parts, training, and standardization of parts for new equipment.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support Continuous Improvement Projects and assist with machine setup and operation.
• Maintain building electrical systems and complete basic repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) in good standing.
• Experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley & Siemens preferred).
• Knowledge of robotic systems (FANUC and ABB experience is an asset).
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
