Industrial Electrician - afternoons

Harbinger Network has partnered with an industry leader in the food industry to find their next Industrial Electrician for a straight afternoon shift. You'll see the products you work with in every grocery store!
This role will have you working alongside a tight knit, supportive team on a variety of food processing equipment. You'll use your troubleshooting abilities to assist on breakdown calls, and be assigned projects and work on PM tasks.

In this role you will be:
- working alongside other skilled tradespeople
- assisting your team members on breakdown calls
- using Allen Bradley and Siemen's PLCs for troubleshooting
- working on a variety of boilers, piping systems, ovens, conveyors, packaging equipment, and more
- performing minor mechanical tasks as required
- following strict SOPs, GMPs and HACCP protocols

What do you bring to the table?
- must have 309A/442A Electrician license AND minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the food industry
- willingness to work as a part of a larger team
- ability to work in a temperature controlled environment of 0-4 degrees
- strong attention to detail and documentation processes
- ability to work with raw meat
- if you challenged the exam for your license, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a 309A/442A Electrician to be considered
- basic computer skills
